Region 2 courts insisted during negotiations Wednesday on the right to send any full time employee home up to two hours early every day in their sole discretion, and without pay.
Region 3 courts contend mediation is necessary for bargaining to proceed. No dates have been set at this time while the two sides select a mediator.
