Full-time position with Federal Defenders of San Diego.
Applicant must be qualified by the Administrative Office of the United
States Courts as a Certified Court Interpreter for Spanish/English

Salary Range:  $103,005. – $133,911.

Duties include:

•       Interpreting in simultaneous and consecutive modes at all stages
of a criminal defense case for clients, witnesses and attorneys

•       The translation of colloquial, legal, official and technical
documents

•       The production of accurate transcriptions of evidentiary audio
recordings
