MOUs
MOU stands for Memorandum of Understanding. It is the labor contract between court administration and court employees. SB371 defined 4 regions in which the State of California is divided for purposes of bargaining employment.
- Region 1 MOU 2010 Feb 10, 2010 through June 30, 2012
- Region 2 MOU 2008 Oct 1, 2008 through Sept 30, 2011
- Region 3 MOU 2010 Sep 20, 2010 through Sept30, 2011
- Region 4 MOU 2009 through July 31, 2011
Organizational
CFI was incorporated as a California non-profit and then affiliated with TNG-CWA Local 39521 (California Media Workers Guild).
