MOUs

MOU stands for Memorandum of Understanding. It is the labor contract between court administration and court employees. SB371 defined 4 regions in which the State of California is divided for purposes of bargaining employment.

• Region 3 MOU 2010 Sep 20, 2010 to Sep 30, 2011

Organizational

CFI was incorporated as a California non-profit and then affiliated with TNG-CWA Local 39521 (Pacific Media Workers Guild).
