We are sad to announce that Spanish interpreter George Esquivel passed away. He started working for Los Angeles Superior Court in 1973 and was esteemed by all who worked with him.

Meeting with Region 1 Over Court Closures
At a cordial meeting on Friday Sept. 4, Region 1 rejected our proposals and agreed to abide by the recent law on closures. They also agreed to set a date in the near future to meet over our MOU.
