Realizing the Goal of Equal Access to the Courts: Increasing Access to Competent Interpreters, a report to the legislature by CFI. This report evaluates the state of interpreter services, the statewide shortage of certified and registered interpreters, marketplace and compensation issues and the impacts on court operations and court users when interpreters are not available.
