VRI ReportingReporting VRI is very important to improve workplace conditions and ensure enforcement of the law and MOU. We want to make sure that interpreters can properly do their job adequately, safeguarding quality. Here are example of issues you can report: technology failures that affected the quality of your interpretation, equipment failures that affected the quality of interpretation, lack of equipment, low broadband, lags or delays that affected the quality of your interpretation, limited English court user did not have the technology to participate meaningfully, participants not pausing to allow you to interpret, multiple speakers talking over each other, platform doesn't work properly, you requested to be in-person due to an issue and judge denied your request, speakers speaking too fast, and anything else that affected the performance of your job. |
